You might have to try a download manager.
http://www.reget.com/ Re-get works Very nicely and is free though it will nag you after 30 days of use. I hope this helps.

In Firefox, DownThemAll works successfully too, for free. It's been covered by folks in the LMA forum: if I find the help posts I will update.

Ms. Hamilton;
I have tried your way, Executive's way, Twainborough's way and my way. There is no way I can get this whole presentation. I get about half of it and then it says its is done. I'll wait until you find the updates and repair it thank you one and all for your asistance in this trying matter.
